Belinder G.I.V.E.S. (Growth In Volunteer Experience for Students)

Yun plus one

Belinder G.I.V.E.S. (Growth In Volunteer Experience for Students) is volunteer training for all students at Belinder.  Every student participates, and through a variety of activities, they learn the meaning of volunteerism, philanthropy, and the true “need” that exists in our community.

K-4th grades do 1 project/field trip per year.

5th-6th graders do 4 projects/field trips per year.

Belinder Elementary students are blessed to have such a variety of volunteer opportunities at Belinder.  Please spend some time with your child and discuss what their favorite activities were while participating in Belinder G.I.V.E.S. throughout their years at Belinder.  Identifying their passion is an important step to becoming a life-long volunteer.
